香港快件进口流程
1.接洽--了解货物的详细信息，包括货物名称、用途、数量、重量、体积、形状等信息，提货地址，送货地址，提货时需要什么文件（装箱单或商业发票、提货单据、提货委托书），个别货物仍需要提供货物图片．
2.报价--给客户报价（口头或书面），确定运价、香港提货费及代收款等杂费，然后发《客户报价确认传真》．
 
3.下单--客户口头或书面同意我们的报价，以及货物可以提货时，我们向香港公司发出提货通知，由香港公司的同事上门提货，同时确认货物名称、数量、重量。
 
4.收货--香港上门提货或送货上门，抽查货物、核对装箱单及商业发票．
 
5.理货--香港公司编号、贴标签、做收货清单、填运单、录入计算机系统等．
 
6.报关--香港公司贴条形码、填制速递运单、将载货明细清单发送给报关代理公司，报关代理公司做出报关单并发送EDI数据给海关。香港公司把货物装上港车、皇岗过关查验放行。
 
7.报关操作--港车抵达各口岸快件监管中心，由我们公司的报关员协助海关进行审单、查验、征税、放行各环节。
 
8.通知--电话或短信通知客户到货情况。
9.送货--需要送货的做送货单、开票据、安排送货。
 
10.服务--电话服务跟踪：听取并记录客户意见、最新情况通知。
